I visited the Chinese Pavilion on a rainy night. It is situated a floor below so you actually have to step down below ground level. Just before our food arrived we were served two varieties of sauces - one was a dried red chilli and soya sauce while the other one was a sweet based coriander sauce.
Next we ordered the Mushroom Pepper Chilly. This was prepared with button mushrooms tossed with garlic, onions and chillies garnished with spring onions.
Post that we ordered the American Chop Suey. This was prepared with crisp noodles tossed with chicken and vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce.
The next dish was Mou-chi Kay. This was prepared with diced chicken fried crisp and tossed with garlic and chillies in a sweet soya honey sauce.
The last dish was asparagus, baby corn and water chestnut tossed in chillies and garlic in a dark soya sauce.
Overall: This place has the authentic Chinese food and visit there if you are a fan of authentic Chinese cuisine.
