Little Things come with Great Taste

Little Things Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato
Little Things opened up last Diwali. Their concept was the get top notch desserts served in 5-star hotels to the mass at an affordable price. The co-owner Mr. Raj Kumar Roy spoke about how they did research and experimented with stuff before he actually started off with the restaurant. He is a professional chef and realized his passion towards bakery which is when he started this place. We were invited here for a food tasting blogger's table.
We were initially served crunchy chocolate cookies and sesame cookies.
The next set of butter cookies were coconut cookies and ajwain flavored cookies.
They also had a wide range of flavored cold coffee. All of their coffee is filtered right at the restaurant. Their flavors include Malibu Copycat, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut Mint, Irish Cream, Choco Mint, Red Wine Sangria, Brownie Indulgence and Peanut Butter.
Soon we started off with their desserts. The first dish that we tried was the Red Velvet Ganache which was soft inside with a chocolate ring on top.
The next one was the Chocolate Crunch which was delicious with a glazed chocolate coating and a meringue look alike green drop on the top.
We then tried out the Chocolate love which again had a smooth glazed outer chocolate covering with a white chocolate topping.
The Tiramisu was perfectly made and tasted just like the Classic dish.
We then tried out their Cake In a Jar ranges. The first one was the Chocolate Mud Pie.
We then tried the Red velvet Jar which was topped with Strawberry cream and was absolutely delicious.
The next one was the Nutella Jar that was the combination of Nutella and Chocolate Mousse.
We finally had the Blueberry cheesecake and it was amazingly done.
We then tried out their savory items. The Cheese Garlic Bread was crunchy with a lot of cheese.
The Tandoori Paneer Panini was filled with Cheddar Cheese and was one of the cheesiest sandwiches that I have ever had.
We then had their signature dish which was the Spicy Maggi Panini. I have had a lot of maggi sandwiches before but this one definitely tops the list. The maggi had the perfect amount of spices and was buttery at the same time.
The next item was the Karampodi Burger which is again one of their signature dishes.
We finished it off with ice-cream and brownie which again came in a jar.

Overall: A great place to try out amazing desserts and off course not to mention their Maggi Panini.

New Carnival Menu at Ten J Dining

I have been to Ten J before and have always loved their food. They are recently launching a Carnival Menu which at just Rs. 699 (without alcohol) and Rs. 999 (with alcohol). We were invited to a trial session. The ambiance on the 2nd floor under the open roof felt amazing as we were surrounded by carts that added to the Carnival Theme.
We started off with the Tawa Fish which was battered Basa Fish.
The next was the Mutton Seekh Kebab that was served directly from the tandoor. They also had other variants of the Paneer Kebab, Mushroom Kebab and Fruits Kebab.
For lovers of the Gujarati cuisine they had Dhoklas as well as Khandvis.
They also had an amazing spread of desserts inside - ranging from Indian desserts to gateaux.
The jalebis were so tempting and absolutely delicious.
They also had the Strawberry flavored cakes.
My favorite starter for the day was the Pani Puri shot that was created by the owner Mr. Ramesh himself. The Pani Puris were served on the glasses containing Smirnoff Vodka shots and the combination was tantalizing.
The Grilled Chicken was cooked to perfection with a crispy delicious skin.
The Chicken wings were great - they had the perfect balance of spices with a tinge of sweetness that tasted marvelous.
They had a wide range of salads as well starting with the boiled egg salsa.
The next one was the Chicken salad.
The final one was the Russian Olivier salad.
They also had an elaborate spread of main course but my favorite was the Mutton Biryani. They also had variants as the Vegetable Biryani, Egg Biryani and Chicken Biryani.
For desserts they had brownies cut into circles.
They also had a very delicious chocolate pastry.
The chocolate tart was another dessert on their list.
For Indian dessert lovers they also had gulab jamuns.
My favorite dessert was the Falooda which was lip-smacking good.

Overall: They have done a great job with the Carnival Menu with a variety of food and offer this at a reasonable price.
